The Israel Airports Authority issued a tender for the management of VIP lounges at Ben-Gurion Airport Terminal 3. C90 supported Prima Vista Lounges (Aviapartner Handling S.p.A. Group) in preparing the technical and economic proposal for the submission.
The first space (148 sqm) is designed as a compact relaxing lounge. The entrance leads through a reception area with restrooms and a food preparation zone, followed by a corridor that opens into a glass-bordered private lounge. The layout concludes in a larger area featuring diverse seating options and a dedicated coffee corner.
The design of the second lounge (336 sqm) optimizes its long rectangular shape, welcoming guests with an elegant reception overlooking large windows. The right side includes a coffee corner and a quiet room in the most private area, while the left side offers various seating zones and a dining area with a social table and a bar connected to a full kitchen.

The third lounge (322 sqm) also follows a linear layout with wide views of the airport. To the right of the reception desk is a dining hub with a bar, kitchen, and communal table. The opposite side is dedicated to the main lounge area, which alternates different seating styles and ends with a quiet room located past the restrooms for maximum intimacy. The Small Rotunda (214 sqm) features a sophisticated entrance with dark tones and wall decorations of Israeli landscapes. This reserved initial area leads to a brighter space with large windows, housing a coffee corner and a communal table. A semi-transparent wooden partition is used to discreetly separate a semi-private lounge area with armchairs and sofas. The fifth space (336 sqm) utilizes its rectangular footprint to create a balanced flow from the elegant reception. A coffee corner and bistro area lead to a quiet room at the far end, while the main lounge section features alternating seating arrangements and a dining area equipped with a social table and a bar in direct contact with the kitchen.Explore other Tenders
