Prima Vista Lounges, a brand under control of Aviapartner Handling S.p.A. group, awarded a sub-concession for a 600 sqm multifunctional Vip Lounge at “Guglielmo Marconi” Airport in Bologna, winning a tender launched by the managing body (ADB S.p.A.).

The lounge, which was previously in use, will undergo significant aesthetic renovation due to the developing of Prima Vista brand identity, including the remediation and upgrading of existing mechanical, electrical and special systems.

C90’s team, in agreement with Aviapartner, decided to base the entire proposal for the tender on eco-sustainability, taking into account the environmental recommendations from the Airport managing authority. Sustainability wasn’t meant to be an abstract concept to be briefly mentioned in a technical report, but rather the key word around which all professionals involved in preparing the tender focused their attention.

Existing noble materials, like wood, parquet and marble, were preserved and integrated with new, high-quality finishes in Prima Vista’s signature style. This approach minimized construction and demolition waste while maintaining the brand’s essence and recognition.
