Plaza Premium Group is the brand that introduced the world’s first independent airport VIP Lounge in 1998. Since then, the company, founded by Song Hoi-see, has achieved incredible milestones: it’s present in 150 countries, holds sub-concessions in over 600 airports, and sees an average annual transit of 24 million passengers.

Thanks to C90, the group is now ready to land in Rome with its luxury brand, Plaza Premium First. The tender, launched by ADR S.p.A. for the assignment of a sub-concession space intended for the creation of an ultra-exclusive VIP Lounge, was highly coveted by the world’s largest operators in the sector. Specifically, it involved a 655 sqm white box with over 180 sqm of exclusive outdoor amenities.

The PPG group awarded this tender thanks to a meticulously crafted offer and project, curated by C90 with scrupulous, frantic, and almost obsessive work. This, combined with the team’s deep knowledge with regards to airport infrastructure of Rome, proved to be a winning combination. It was a meticulous madness, capable of engaging every stakeholder involved in the project, to present an offer carefully considered from every technical and economic aspect: combining the extremely high standards of Plaza Premium First’s services and style with the timeless luxury of the Eternal City in a refined concept; pre-dimensioning the new mechanical, electrical and special systems based on the provisions supplied by the managing body, proposing energy-efficient solutions and anticipating every possible critical issue. Transforming a shell into luxury in just a few months means not being able to afford any oversight on timelines and costs. All of this was done with extreme attention to sustainability, usability, aesthetics, and function.
