C90 supported Plaza Premium Group in the restricted tender procedure launched by AENA S.A. for the sub-concession of three different lots, handling the preparation of the technical and economic aspects of the bid.

After the award, the first project implemented was the construction of the first Aerotel within the European Union, as well as the first PPG-branded space in the whole of Spain. Located inside Terminal 4 and designed to offer passengers a comfortable and functional stay, the concept combines the elegance and unmistakable identity of Plaza Premium Group with references to the design of Madrid’s historic cafés.

The project involved the restyling of 22 rest units, offices and storage areas, and the room inside the Aerotel called The Hub, consisting of a dining area and a multifunctional meeting room, while maintaining, at least partially, the hospitality business operational throughout the handover between the old sub-concessionaire and the PPG group, through solutions focused on energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
