Plaza Premium Group, pioneer of independent VIP lounges and a global benchmark in airport hospitality, arrives in Rome with its luxury brand Plaza Premium First. This high-profile project was born from a tender launched by ADR S.p.A. for the creation of an ultra-exclusive VIP lounge within Fiumicino Airport.

The concept, developed for a space of approximately 655 square metres, with over 280 square metres of external areas for exclusive use, interprets the extremely high standards of Plaza Premium First, blending them with the timeless luxury of the Eternal City. Every design and executive detail has been integrated with particular attention to sustainability and the environment, combining the client’s requirements with the LEED® protocol in order to obtain LEED ID certification. An environment designed to offer an extremely refined travel experience, where comfort, design and quality of services interact in perfect harmony, leaving no detail to chance. 

C90 provided technical support during the tender phase, concept design, architectural and plant engineering design, fire prevention measures, project management, construction management and HSE management.
