With these words, Marco Vitruvio Pollione and his De Architectura became a benchmark for construction in the centuries to come. It is precisely the principles of firmitas, utilitas and venustas that inspired C90 for the concept of this lounge, the new VIP room dedicated to the Schengen Area and managed by Prima Vista (Aviapartner Handling S.p.A. group), where functionality and passenger comfort meet beauty and sensory experience.

Transforming a white box into a VIP lounge characterised by luxury, elegance and attention to detail, with complex systems and tight deadlines, was a fascinating and intense challenge, which led to a wonderful achievement for C90 and the Aviapartner Handling S.p.A. group.

Every design and execution detail was integrated with particular attention to sustainability and the environment, integrating the client’s requirements with the LEED® protocol in order to obtain LEED ID certification.

C90 was responsible for the concept design, the architectural and plant engineering design, fire prevention measures, project management, construction management and HSE management.
