ADR Ingegneria S.p.A. is a subsidiary company of Aeroporti di Roma. For over 25 years, it’s been responsible for the design and construction supervision of most of Rome’s airport infrastructure, in addition to design experience gained in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Numerous ongoing projects, often urgent in nature, including both development and maintenance works at the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, led the contracting authority to launch an informal tender in 2024. It was aimed to award a framework agreement for assistance and support to the Safety Coordinator during the Execution Phase, ensuring high-quality standard of services.

Specifically, the tender involved assisting the Safety Coordinator (CSE) in communications with building companies or third-party entities, particularly in document analysis, construction site inspections, meetings, reports and minutes. It also included updating graphic designs and quantity take-offs, preparing Safety and Coordination Plans (PSC) and verifying related safety costs and compliance, along with strict control over the consistency between planned and actual authorized works.
